Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction Welcome to the E.V.E-Volve Private Coaching Sessions. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your participation in private sessions facilitated by E.V.E-Volve. By registering for a private session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 2. No Refunds Policy Due to the nature of scheduling and resource allocation, fees paid for private sessions are non-refundable after the session occurs. 3. Medical and Psychological Consideration E.V.E-Volve coaching sessions are designed for personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you have any concerns about your mental or physical health, we strongly advise consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any coaching activities. E.V.E-Volve is not responsible for providing medical or therapeutic advice. 4. Session Delivery Private sessions are delivered either online via a secure platform or in person, depending on the arrangements made at the time of booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technology and environment to participate in sessions effectively. 5.) Recording Policy: We may record sessions involving coaches for the purpose of creating educational and promotional materials. While recordings may capture coaches’ instructions and responses, any participation from clients will not be included. No personal identifiers such as client voices or images will be used. Clients may withdraw consent for the use of their anonymized data at any time. 6. Intellectual Property All materials, methodologies, and techniques used during private sessions are proprietary to E.V.E-Volve and are provided for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of session materials is strictly prohibited. 7. Confidentiality E.V.E-Volve commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during private sessions, except as required by law. Participants are also expected to uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of any discussions or materials shared during sessions. 8. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during sessions. Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. please allow 24hrs notice for any scheduling change or cancellation
